Bioservo Technologies AB built the Bioservo App as free apps to be used together with our products.

Information Collection and Use
This application does not collect personally identifiable information other than email address for password reset purposes.
Configuration of our products is carried out over a Wi-Fi connection between the app and the product. In order to connect to a product the app scans for nearby Wi-Fi networks. Information about nearby Wi-Fi networks is sensitive as it can be used to derive the user's location. Therefore, both of our apps feature a prominent disclosure (i.e. a popup dialog) that informs the user about why location permissions are required and when the scans occur. Furthermore, whenever a scan is being carried out, both a loading indicator and a text appears, informing the user about what is happening. The Wi-Fi network information is used for the sole purpose of establishing a connection between the apps and our products. This information never leaves the app and is only kept in the app's memory during the duration of the connection.
The app does not use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your devices` Internet Protocol (IP) address, device name, operating system version, configuration of the app when utilising our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
